California Hip Hop collective Odd Future may find themselves in serious trouble after a 17 year-old fan has accused them of giving him a brutal beat down on stage during a recent show in San Antonio, Texas.

As reported by TMZ, 17-year-old Chassan Rasagi filed a police report with the San Antonio police department, alleging that he was beaten brutally by the Odd Future rap crew.

Sources, who were in attendance during the San Antonio show, told the publication that the teenager jumped on stage, which led to Odd Future member Hodgy Beats pushing him back into the crowd. At that point Rasagi was roughed up by the crowd and tossed back on stage, and was subsequently beat down by the rap group.

Another source, who was in the crowd claimed Rasagi threw the first punch.

According to the police report, Rasagi suffered lacerations on his head, scratches, and burns to his body during the incident, and also also suffered two seizures.

Due to the brutal on stage beat down, the teenager has plans to sue Odd Future.

Footage of the incident has surfaced online, which clearly shows something going down on stage, but it’s hard to tell exactly what it is due to the fans in front of the camera.
