Jay Electronica has announced that his highly-anticipated LP, Act II: Patents Of Nobility, has been completed and will be turned into the label tomorrow.
Jay Elect signed with Roc Nation back in November 2010, and there have been very little signs that his project was near completion, so this is a great news for all the fans of the New Orleans rapper that have been waiting for the new album.
