Currently detained in the Illinois Youth Center on a probation violation, Chief Keef may find himself in some more hot water as the 17 year old Chicago rapper is being sued by a middle school aged girl for child support.

As reported by TMZ, Chief Keef allegedly impregnated a girl who’s still in middle school, and now she’s suing the rapper for child support as she filed a petition for child support back in 2011 claiming that Keef fathered a baby with her, but hasn’t received any payments up to this point.

As of press time, the girls age is unknown, but according to most documents obtained by the publication, the girl currently attends a middle school in Chicago, implicating that she was in 8th grade at the most when she conceived the alleged child with the rapper, but most likely in 6th or 7th grade.

As result of the alleged relationship, the teenage rapper, who was 15 at the time, could be facing a maximum sentence of one year in jail, and a requirement to register as a sex offender for ten years, because of what Illinois law states that it is considered a misdemeanor for two people under the age of 17 to have sex, even if they’re in a consensual relationship. When both parties are between 9 and 17 years old, the older person commits a crime called “criminal sexual abuse.”

Luckily for Chief Keef, prosecution in the case will probably not happen, because it has been two years since the petition was filed, and these cases are rarely prosecuted. And since Keef’s alleged baby mother’s parents haven’t filed sex abuse charges against him yet, they probably won’t at this point.

Although, it is very unlikely that Chief Keef will be criminally prosecuted in the case, he still is being sued for an undisclosed amount of child support, health insurance and other medical expenses.

Keep it locked to DS as more developments from this story come to fruition.
