Phonte is my favorite rapper of all time and it’s just ashame how slept on Little Brother was because they made music with a balance. What’s sad is how these new generation rappers like Mac Miller, Drake, Wale, and etc. bite off Phonte’s style and shout him out like they’re paying homage when in reality they just trying to seem like they’re relatable to the “underground” and “hip hop heads” With that said tho, this video is dope and this was a great way to start off the album.
