MMG’s Meek Mill dropped his debut album, Dreams & Nightmares, today, and to coincide with the release of the album, he dropped a documentary with the same title as the album.
You can purchase Dreams & Nightmares on iTunes now.
CD was trash, I honestly e-mailed iTunes and requested a refund
Whitefolks, where is the album review?
i told you. w/o listening to it i knew it was garbage.
You were absolutely correct!!! Wish I would’ve listened to you. Hell I wish that I would’ve just downloaded it for free instead of wasting money in a recession
Ahahahahaha, write a letter. Meek Mill I want my MONEY BACK!
Dude is a fucking joke. Cut your ears off and twitpic em if you listen to him.
Glad to see him doin his thing. Wouldn`t say the album was a classic, but it`s got some solid joints on there. (Intro, traumatized, Who You`re Around) Hope he`s still buying coats for those kids a few years down the line.
Why wouldn’t you even start a sentence with ‘wouldn’t say it’s a classic’ if you’re going to follow it up with ‘but it’s got some solid joints on there.’ That’s like saying ‘This sandwich isn’t the best I’ve had but it doesn’t taste like total dogshit.’ There’s no correlation. Of course he didn’t drop a classic. I’m sure the album has a good beat or two, but Meek Mill had a 1 in a million chance of making a great, let alone classic, album.
Ahahahahaha, TOTAL DOGSHIT lol
I admit I was a little annoyed. Lol.
Because in his interviews he says he`s trying to make a classic that stacks up to Illmatic and Reasonable doubt. & I do think it`s a great album, sold lyrics and flow, with good storytelling. You might wanna see somebody about that hate in your blood though.
*not great, but better than what I expected anyway.
……dreams & nightmares, in god we trust, believe it, young kings, tony story pt 2, polo & shell tops, real niggas come 1st..i wonder how many niggas hatin on da album really took da time out 2 listen 2 it 1st..get rich wasnt nothin groundbreakin full of ideas niggas hadnt already put down but niggas didnt hesitate 2 label it a classic..dis album played thru from start 2 finish and held down da same theme..alot more substance than niggas wanna give it credit 4..when do niggas judge material on its on instead of da camp niggas run wit?
Forgot about Polo and shell tops. And good point about GRODT. Meek handles a lot of the same topics, although with more aggression. So I wonder what people say makes GRODT a classic and this not?
nigga talking about he wants to kill the nigga who kill is dad! when he
was in the wrong? talking about he was a child, if his father killed the
other dude he would have left kids behide to………this shit wont
Profound thought B!!!
can someone explain the hype behind this mediocre, cut from the same cloth as 90% of rappers muhfucka? hes never impressed me. i guess people are willing to settle for average these days
that’s how i feel about wiz with his lack quality content/general design. meek and his movement might revolutionized hiphop, you never know. we need purified perfection not meek. its rare you find a rapper who thinks outside the box with rappers repeating the same similar format when meeks on top so they follow his way, that’s why every thing sounds the same with the same beat. everyone is different and has different ears/taste. i strongly suspect advanced form of hate performing a routine cycle it passed threw this site. i wasn’t immersive with his cd, he sounds like a lil child rapping about key subject matters that get old rather fast “ballen, shinning, stunting” is played out to me but the kids growing up can related because is new to them or want to be like him. as me and you get older we will always hate the new music that kids love that’s life
you lost me at “revolutionize.” smfh
huh my bad, he could always get better just look at joe budden first cd lol
Kush & OJ revolutionized the mixtape game.
Wizzle the GOAT
shut the………u know what, im going to go back and download it again an give it a try then
lolol, do yourself a favor and don’t lol
