i hate shady records collaborating with YMCMB when they must diss them for being so wack and claiming to be the best in the game ! Get over yourselves. It could be the single for his solo project so if the Slaughterhouse album is successful this has a good chance of getting airplay.

  I totally agree on that, the way I see it 70 percent of the reason is probably because he sees how much Wayne sells and how Wayne fans are so quick to eat it up that on a lyrical level Buddens wants to show neck to neck he’s so much better than Dwayne, the other 30 percent is obviously more Exposure, either way I’m looking forward to this!

        I don’t know if the analogy really works here though. Budden and Wayne are on the same team. Sure, they’re both doing everything they can (Wayne in some cases is lazy and gives it 70%) to make a dope track. In a sense, they’re competing, but they are working together to reach a common goal.
        
        The Forever track is a little bit different because of the type of track it is. I definitely see your point, but I don’t agree that the only reason he collaborated with Wayne was to embarrass him (Idk if that’s what you meant, but that’s how I took it. Sorry if I overreacted).

  Joe predicted the success of the SH album and his label gave him what he needed to capitalize. This song will be pushed hard when it’s released as an official single and will get air play. SH has nothing to do with it other than the fact that the success of the group has led into success for each individual member.
  
  This track is just a manifestation of this happening.

      Not to sure about that. Budden has probably the most fans as a solo artist out of each Slaughterhouse member. Royce is known because he is friends with Eminem, but Budden is up there selling quite well.

The sad truth is that in today’s world, you need to be on a song with someone like lil wayne, in order to get radio play and sell records. Budden’s not selling out, he’s just doing what he has to, to get his much deserved attention. Lil wayne’s sucks, and budden knows this, but he’s just playing the game.
