50 is a genius plain and simple, this is a full proof plan to make money, let me explain 3 reasons why.
-First off he is selling these for how much? We’ll say 3.99 each, being that I’m too lazy to look it up. Off that, this is his brand, so he is paying for the shot and the packaging out of his pocket, we’ll say that’s 10 cent for the shot, 5 cent for the packaging, so that’s a 3.84 cent each shot profit. Now the commercials I see on t.v. says you can feed a child in africa a meal everyday for 1 dollar donation, so we’ll say he’s giving 1 dollar per shot, still leaving him with a 2.84 cent profit every shot he sells
-Secondly, this plan is full-proof because if it starts to fail for some reason, he can rage and rant about how you wont help him feed kids, and make you look like the bad guy, not him, genius.
-And finally, the point that everyone failed to miss, he’s probably using this as a charitable tax write off, which makes for a huge tax break…
Sorry, I got tired of reading yalls dumb ass comments trying to put him down for doing this and not doing it properly, so the Guru has spoken, and nothing else needs to be said.
I agree about tha tax break…. But u must hav a lotta time on ur hands to really analyze the intentions, profits n strategies of sumone u shouldn’t even care about further than their music
It didnt take much effort to “analyze” what I just said… It comes to me as common sense. It’s not my fault the generation today lacks what I have.
Do u want props that bad? He’s feeding people that r hungry… All that extra shit u said is irrelevant bcuz its not fact… However it is a fact that u don’t have anything that this generation can benefit from bcuz all I read was an opinion
Yeah you’re right because just a few days ago he didn’t just rage about how the campaign wasn’t doing so well and people wouldn’t help him feed world hunger, then 2 days later he talks of how successful the project is doing, accept the facts that i’m right and take an L kid.
I don’t understand why more people aren’t doing this..
Bieng born in a third world country myself.. I have seen the poverty first hand..
If some of the multi million/ billion dollar companies would just donate 1% or .5% .. Of their yearly profits we could see drastic changes around the world.
I mean.. pac said it like over 15 years ago..
” it’s time for us as a people to start making some changes.. Lets change the way we eat, let’s change the way we live, and let’s change the way we treat each other , you see the old way wasn’t working so it’s on us to do what we gotta do.. To survive”..
It’s horrible that tupac is no longer here..not its music wise.. But he woudve done so much to help people..
He used to bring homeless people into his house to give them a place to sleep..
The people that are able to give back.. And live a life or luxury have a responsibility to help others out.. Not saying u have to give away everything you’ve worked for.. But if u got millions u could spare a few hundred..
Real spit! Props
This is when we need blogs.. I feel like ramling..
Blogs are just blogs..
But at the end of the day.. I feel like u could really open up somebody’s mind..
Like .. What if MLK had died when he was 25?..he woudnt of accomplished what he was put on this earth to do..
Seriously fam, rappers these days do nothing but brag about and flaunt all their ice, rims, and other expensive possesions, but when it comes to giving back, you’ll see a mere handful that’ll step up. People may hate his music, but you can’t regard this as a business venture when you see those pictures of those homeless people, severely affected by malnutrition. 50 saw all that with his eyes, and met all those people. So put your hate aside for a second, and appreciate this modest, self humbling effort by one of the most powerful music artists in the industry today.
The concept isn’t new but the execution is what counts and 50 killed it, nice vid too. If Forbes is following you and your business ventures then you’re making pretty good use of your melon.
