Anyways this weeks throwback is one that I have been meaning to do for awhile but kept on forgetting

This is a classic posse cut from the equally classic Breaking Atoms album, best known for introducing a young Queens MC named Nasty Nas. This verse — with its references to killing Jesus, lynching, and AIDS — made Nas an underground sensation almost overnight

Also featured are Akinyele, who went on to have a patchy career, and Joe Fatal who apperently wasn’t a rapper at all but still managed a pretty decent verse
