First of all, let me clear the air by saying. Ross is not a great rapper by any means. Barely even a good rapper if that’s what you want to call him. Majority of his tracks are horrendous. Unbearable type shit… But with that said, he “accidentally” did great here. I can’t take that away from him. He brought his A game for a Nas collaboration and held his own. That beat was what made him better though. I mean, do you honestly think he can sound like that on a “The Don” type beat? No, he has that same style of spitting on every song and requires a specific beat that compliments his flow. He got that here and shined. But then again, that last Nasty verse was killer.

  Ross is better than MOST of the popular rappers out right now. He’s better than ANYBODY in YMCMB he’s the best out of his own camp easily, Wale is garbage to me personally. Theres a reason Nas and Jay Z co-sign this dude, and don’t say “the illuminati”

      Hell naw, Ross is way better than Wale. If you don’t think ross has the same cleverness you don’t really listen to him. He makes solid records and he consistently gets better with every new project. You have to respect his progression an artist from a rap standpoint at least.
