damn wiz did his thing on this joint. who is on the hook? joe was cool. french montana was decent. beat was 6.5, maybe a 7. song was about a 6 out of 10 for me.

    Didn’t make it there yet. I can’t say I am disappointed though. I think its better than the Loose Quarter Mixtape.

      Def better than the mixtape. Usually in my opinion a bad or subpar mixtape is a good sign for a great album because the throwaway cuts get used. Holds on to the bangers and more time to produce bangers…im high n rambling idk man.

        I agree atleast a 7 or 8. I am not digging the recycled tracks though. I had two or three already downloaded for awhile now.

      I liked ALQ after I removed So Good and So Hard and listened to it a good 50 times, but I’m completely done with all of those songs now. They got boring quick considering I’ve listened to MM4 hundreds of times.
      
      I say that to say, I’m gonna have to see how I perceive a lot of these songs a couple of months from now. Off first listen, the only embarrassing part was the interlude. How awkward. But songs like NBA, She Don’t Put It Down and Switch Positions… I most likely will start to skip as time goes on.
      
      I do like how the album matures as it progresses though and you see where he was coming from on the earlier songs. And Castles is pretty spectacular.

        Damn I can take songs from the mixtape and spice them with the album to form a “Classic.” lol Get rid of a couple tracks from the album.

      I think every artist has a period in their life when they’re at their best and do their best work. I think MM4 was that period for Budden. It feels like everything he’s doing now is less than. All good though. He’s giving me more than enough good music in his career.
