Cosmic Kev over at Power 99 in Philly just premiered a new verse from Jay-Z for the remix to Meek Mill‘s single “Lay Up.”

Updated: Full-CDQ version added that features Jay-Z’s whole verse, and a new verse from Rick Ross.

The story behind this track is that this version was supposed to appear on Meek’s debut album, but Jay-Z wasnt feeling his verse, and didnt want it on the album, so it was left off and now it’s released as the official remix.
