In celebration of the 15th Anniversary of Jay-Z‘s debut album, Reasonable Doubt, Philly radio host Colby Colb released a rare Jay-Z freestyle from ‘95.

The freestyle was recorded about 10 months before the release of Reasonable Doubt.
