      If that man Im a big fan of them but after hearing the mixtape the album just seems damn near unbearable.. I respect that they pushed it back and gave us the mixtape instead of just ‘that’..

    the albums good, the mixtape is for the fans that been with them since the beginning.. understandable that they chose big beats for the album to get them out there more… you dont want to hear the same shit everytime.. some big songs on that album… the second album on shady will make or break them IMO

      The thing is this group will only go as far as the fans in the beginning will take them.. When these dudes try to make music to appeal to the masses its just horrible.. I feel their out of their comfort zone and its just not them.. Their lyricists who just need to sit back and spit that real shit we wanna hear.. I know thats not ‘profitable’ but its them…

        true, i get what you’re saying.. im one of those fans aswel but i would like to see them become more popular.. dont think that will happen unless they dumb it down a bit, im happy either way cuz we’ll still get the mixtapes etc… i like the album bar a couple of songs… it just might take some getting used to for some of the core fans… they should try and knock out another album as soon as, get DJ Premier & Dr Dre to co-produce it, think of the stupid beats they would rap over lol.. that would be great…

  remember theyre tryna cross-over so yea da beats were not all that great beat da album was good a good hip hop album maybe to u a horrible “slaughterhouse” album since they set the bar so high on lyrics niggas are tryna make money despite what we think n mixtapes r always gunna be better than albums look at 50, jcole etc cuz theres only so much u can say ona album there are restrictions im sure yall know this

    I think SH dropped the mixtape because they knew the album was sub-par.. How can you tell Em his shit is wack when he gave the group a home? So they just taking his advice and eventually Em will see that every artist under him has sold nothing.. Anybody hear from Yela lately??After this album flops and sell nothing maybe Em will hand over the keys and let some real producers get these juggernauts in the lab…
