It looks like Diggy wasn’t feeling J.Cole’s “you’re more Diggy, I’m more Russell” line on “Grew Up Fast” and decides to throw a few bars back at Cole for a response.

Aight. The first thing that came to my mind when I saw the headline was ‘Who the f is Diggy?’ I almost skipped right over this track and kept it movin’… but I decided to give it a listen. It kind of sounds like a High school style diss but it wasn’t that bad. This dude Diggy is a better lyricist than I thought he would be.

I do think he’s reaching though. Cole wasn’t dissing him on ‘Grew Up Fast.’ Cole even said no diss intended.

Oh well. I don’t think Cole should respond. Not important enough. Not serious enough. And Cole dissin’ a 17 year old for his first hip hop beef? Lol. Nah.
