      still the second they call it a ‘series’ or w/e they want to call it, they have officially begun biting Crooked I’s style. i can understand why tho b/c it was a brilliant idea. if youre gonna do a series step it up and release a track or freestyle every day for like a month or release a mixtape every month for a year. i could respect something like that

  Charlie you know u my dude and we agree on alot of things (especially cham shit) but u reaching too far. Nice freestyle I’ll give him that but better the Cole version….NO WHERE CLOSE. Sometimes you can’t judge a verse where you have someone that is just freesyling to a someone that actually have a direction! But its a good look for someone thats been out of commision for awhile.   Chamillionaire is taking the concept of the weekly series and making it better. When his website is completely updated, he will be putting a countdown clock on the site. Whenever it reaches zero, he’ll be releasing something new. Either a few freestyles, actual songs, or videos. What makes this unique, is how it’s not on a specific day. Due to it being whenever he wants, he’s just taking this idea further than Kanye or any of them could have imagined. Chamillionaire is probably the smartest rapper there is. Y’all see him at all the tech conventions.

He’s probably calling it a “series” because he’s released like 2 songs since his last mixtape (Major Pain). The dude actually had a pretty big buzz heading into “Venom”, but ran into some problems with the label (among other issues).

Cham has been M.I.A. for a while now, so if it takes a “series” to get people hyped again… then shit, let him call it a series.

I know a lot of you guys view Hip Hop as entertainment, but to most of these rappers… it’s a business (for better or for worse). Cham is a smart dude (featured on CNN) and he’s a dope rapper. End of story.
