50 dropping “Outlaw” was in response to his G-Unit soliders on Twitter who bombared him with feedback following his announcement that his upcoming album is being delayed indefinitely due to issues with his label.

I’d say hang it up, lyric wise he still hasn’t improved, beat is just ok, hook is just average and his subject matter on here is the usual. Nothing stands out on this track, then he used the word “swag” so no.
