Earlier this week it was reported that Wiz Khalifa was being sued by a Pennsylvania man, who claims Wiz stole the concept for his smash single, “Black & Yellow.”

The man named Max Gregory Warren filed a lawsuit in United States District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania on December 30th, 2011 claiming that he wrote a song titled “Pink N Yellow,” in November of 2007, and Wiz Khalifa, producer Stargate, and Rostrum Records, stole the concept for the song, and is now suing for $2.3 million.

Now a source from Khalifa’s camp speaks out and says Wiz denies stealing the record, or even knowing who the guy is.

As reported by TMZ, the source close to the rapper states: “Wiz has never heard of this guy…it’s just a plot that happens all the time to rappers to get money. This is just some no-name rapper who wants to get paid.”

TMZ also spoke with Max’s attorney, who told the publication that Wiz should know who Max is, because the two sides had spoken about a potential settlement recently, and Wiz’s people were not open to the deal.
