Earlier in the month, it was reported that Wiz Khalifa was suing It’s My Party concert promoters due to a claim that they canceled an event without the proper notice.

At the time of the initial report, it was noted that Wiz claimed he was to be paid $85,000 for a performance at George Mason University in Virginia, but the show was canceled with little notice and the Pittsburgh rapper was not compensated in any fashion.

Now, Khalifa’s suit against It’s My Party concert promoters has played out in court, and it doesn’t look good for the rapper as his case has been dismissed by the judge.

According to TMZ, Wiz’s lawsuit filed against It’s My Party has been thrown out due to the fact that he never signed the event contract.

As a result of the rapper not signing the contract, the judge sided with It’s My Party saying with no contract, there is no deal.

There has been no comment from Wiz Khalifa on getting his lawsuit against It’s My Party concert promoters dismissed by the judge.
