Dang….why niggas hatin on dude? Lets be real, T-Pain brought autotune back and everyone was cool. It wasn’t till EVERYONE else jumped on that bandwagon that the wheels fell off and it was played out now. So imo, the nigga wasn’t bad…he just had everyone take that and run with it. I will say that he should have took shots at a few people though. the YM deal falling through cause he was a liablity? Lies…when have you heard of T-Pain doing some foul ish? Last I checked, wayne went to jail..Pain didn’t. And the D.O.A di wreck that niggas life to a degree and so I don’t care if I had niggas with me on deck or not, I’m calling you out. He was so busy not pointing the fingers it was ridiculous. “…nah, see…what had happened was….”

    C’mon man…Talk Box is a pitch modification device and Auto Tune is a Pitch modification software. No one outside of that would care to tell the difference. This is like Vanilla Ice saying the bassline in Ice, Ice Baby was NOT the same as the bassline of “Under Pressure” by Queen and David Bowie.

      I agree with Daithlee. ‘The Talkbox sound is actually awesome.’ What!?!? The difference between the two sounds is marginal AT BEST. How could your ears honestly detect enough of a difference to make you love one and hate the other? The only REAL difference is that Dre did one and T-Pain did the other. Which means it’s the artist you don’t like… not the sound modification.

T-pain made so many hits tht whether his auto-tune is dead or not he is financialy straight for the rest of his life! And second T-pain masterd auto-tune. He changed the sound completely, it was so perfect tht u really couldnt compare to other users like ron browz. This nigga is a dj,producer, buissnessman,as well as an artist. This nigga has his own label wit fire ass artist, travis mcoy alone makes him a few million dollars. If he was to stop making hip hop i would bet he goes in a pitbull direction and start making techno hits.
