T.I.’s only about three months out from releasing his last album, Trouble Man: Heavy Is The Head, but that isn’t slowing him down from recording its follow-up, Trouble Man: He Who Wears The Crown, as he gives an update on where his progress recording the new album is up to this point. The Atlanta rapper also revealed that he has started recording for the first ever Grand Hustle compilation album.

During a recent interview with RapUpTV, Tip gives a progress update on Trouble Man: He Who Wears The Crown.

T.I. states:

The record I could say is 60-70% done already. I’m gonna do 5-6 more records just to put the ribbon on top, then we’ll be able to rock.

As the interview continued, although he didn’t say much, Tip revealed that he has started to record a Grand Hustle “Hustle Gang” compilation album:

We have so many records for the Hustle Gang project, myself and the artist Travi$ Scott that we also have on our roster and we’re looking forward to releasing his stuff soon, and he’ll definitely be part of the Hustle Gang compilation.
