Suge Knight who is currently on 3 years supervised probation for a suspended license may violate terms of his probation, as the former Death Row CEO was booked on charges of marijuana possession and driving on a suspended license.

As reported by TMZ, law enforcement sources state that Suge was pulled over at 5:34 PM Wednesday for making an unsafe lane change in his black Bentley.

After being pulled over, police searched his vehicle and found a small amount of marijuana, and proceeded to cuff the former mogul, followed by booking him into the nearby jail.

Suge Knight was eventually freed, but is facing a violation of his terms of probation.
