G.O.O.D. Music’s Pusha T has officially signed a solo deal with Def Jam.
As reported by Karen Civil, the Va rapper chose the imprint as his new home because of “the prestige of the label and their willingness to work with his vision.”
Pusha T issued a statement on the new deal:
“Solidifying my first solo venture, G.O.O.D Music/Def Jam is my home. That machine with my creativity is gonna make for satisfied hip-hop fans.”
Pusha’s solo debut which will release through Def Jam does not have a date as of this time, but should drop soon after his Fear of God 2: Let Us Pray EP releases on September 27th through Decon Records/G.O.O.D. Music/Re-Up Records.
