The duo Kinetics and One Love, who produced B.o.B.’s song “Airplanes,” is being sued by Christine Dominguez, who claims she helped co-write the song.

As reported by AHH, Dominguez claims she helped co-write and contributed significant portions of the song’s melody and has not recieved any credit or compensation when B.o.B.’s single dropped.

Dominguez says that the producers contacted her back in 2008 to help work on a song that was released a year later, but when they decided to use it for B.o.B.’s song “Airplanes” she was not notified or recognized.

Along with suing the producers for unfair competition, unjust enrichment, copyright infringement and failure to account for revenues by any use of the song, she is also seeking royalties from all sales including CDs, digital sales, ringtones, ringbacks and more.
