Late last night it was reported that Max B would be incarcerated for the next 30 years, and wouldn’t be eligible for parole until 2042 due to his appeal being overturned.

It turns out that the reports were false, as all the paperwork on Biggavel’s behalf for the appeal has been filed by his lawyers, but Max will not receive official word until April.

Almalgam Digital’s CEO took to Twitter to relay messages from Max after speaking to him on the phone after word of the rapper being in prison for the next 30 years spread across social networks and blogs.
