According to a new tweet from rapper Mack Maine, Lil Wayne has officially been released from Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.

The tweet reads as follows: “Thanks to Cedar Sinai for everything!!! @liltunechi has been officially been released and is headed home…..God is great”
