For the past few weeks, Ludacris has been releasing a weekly track for his #IDGAFFriday series. Now, the Atlanta rapper has revealed that the tracks from his weekly series will most likely live on his new mixtape that he is releasing as a prequel to his eighth studio album, Ludaversal, that will be released later this year in the fall.

During a recent interview with XXL, Ludacris announced that he will release a new mixtape on the same day that the Fast & Furious 6 movie will hit theaters, which is May 24th.

Luda announces his new mixtape release date:

The mixtape is coming out the same day as the movie[Fast & Furious 6], May 24th.

As he continued, although he doesn’t give an exact release date, Luda reveals the time-frame for the release of Ludaversal:

And then my album Ludaversal will be out sometime in the fall, around September. It’s a lot of good music, and I feel great, man.

While the title of Luda’s new mixtape is not confirmed, Vibe previously reported that the tape is titled DTP Records Presents I Don’t Give A F*ck to follow the theme of his #IDGAFFriday series.
