Hachette Book Group has made an announcement that they will release a memoir authored by Lil Wayne detailing his prison bid.
The memoir, titled Gone Till November, is slated to released later in the year on November 28th.
The entries in the memoir are based off of Wayne’s 2010 prison sentence in New York’s infamous Rikers Island on a gun charge. According to a press release, Lil Wayne’s prison journals will detail “his thoughts and feelings, strange people he met, his plans, his family, his children, his past, present and future.”
TuneChi’s Gone Till November will be published through Grand Central Publishing, a division of Hachette Book Group.
Ben Greenberg who is the editor for Grand Central gave a quick description on Wayne’s memoir, as he says:
“They are revealing,” based on diaries he kept while in prison, “internal monologue.”
