Lil Wayne has came to an out of court agreement with producer Deezle over a $20 million lawsuit stemming from the beat-maker not getting paid for his production duties on Wayne’s 2008 single “Lollipop.”

According to a report from TMZ, Deezle, real name Darius Harrison, filed a $20 million suit in of March 2011 claiming that he produced several songs on Tha Carter III including the hit “Lollipop,” but was never paid for his work, and as stated in the court documents, he said would accept a payout of $20 million to cover his production costs.

Although, at the time that the lawsuit was filed, Lil Wayne claimed Deezle had no basis to sue, they have come to settlement out of court the producer has now been compensated for his work on Tha Carter III.

With the two coming to an agreement, the case has been dismissed, but the payout hasn’t been made public.
