The first-week sales total for Lil Wayne’s, I Am Not A Human Being II, which hit stores last week on March 26th are in, and the Young Money rapper finds himself in the #2 spot on the Billboard charts.

According to HitsDailyDouble, the New Orleans native sold more units than his original projection and moved 217, 430 copies of his latest effort and came in #2 on the Billboard charts during his first sales week.

Although, Lil Wayne had a solid first sales week, it wasn’t enough to take the top spot from Justin Timberlake, who sold another 317K copies of his new album 20/20 Experience, and held onto the #1 spot on the Billboard 200 as his album is now certified platinum after two weeks on store shelves.

With Lil Wayne moving just over 217k copies of I Am Not A Human Being II that is a huge decrease from the sales on his previous album, Tha Carter IV, which sold 964k copies in its opening week and debuted at #1 on the charts.
