As reported by the NY Post’s Page Six, ticket sales for the second leg of Kanye West’s “Yeezus Tour” were so bad that prices were slashed and in some cases even given away for free to fill up the seats in the venues for the New Jersey and New York stops of the tour.
According to the report, Page Six found out that multiple ticket brokers were offering huge price cuts on tickets, and even offering free ones for shows last week at New Jersey’s Prudential Center and also for the tours’ final show Sunday night at Long island’s Nassau Coliseum due to the fact that only half of tickets for the Jersey show were sold, and just a third of the tickets were sold for Long Island show.
Kanye West nor reps for the Chicago rapper would give a comment on the “Yeezus Tour” ticket sales.
