A release date for Kanye West and Jay-Z’s highly anticipated collaborative album Watch The Throne has been revealed.

The Source reports: “A source very close to the Hov and Ye super project. Later on this evening there will be a G.O.O.D. Music event presented by Heineken and Kanye West held at a still undisclosed location in New York City. Rumors are speculating that at said event, Kanye and Jay-Z might be making an announcement about the July 4th release date.”

The release date is not confirmed, but The Source is sure the release date will stick to Independence Day.

As previously reported by Def Sounds, as a partial tracklist was revealed, Jay-Z and Kanye West were spotted in Soho, NYC, and it is said that they are wrapping up the last songs on their Watch The Throne album, and at the time no release date for the project was set, but it has been said that the 2 superstar rappers are hoping for a July release of the collaborative effort, so it really does look like we can see the collabo album on the 4th of July.
