Last Thursday, Juelz Santana’s studio was the target of a police raid, which led to the arrest of Skull Gang rapper MC Hynief. Hynief was booked on drug charges subsequently after police searched Elz’s studio in Bergenfield, New Jersey.

A spokesperson for the Prosecutor’s office gave a run-down on the items found and confiscated during the raid:

Two fully loaded 9mm caliber handguns were found in the recording studio along with several boxes of ammunition.  Additionally, seventeen small clear zip-lock bags each containing a greenish brown vegetation, consistent with the appearance of Marijuana, and drug paraphernalia were seized.

Hynief was held on a $50,000 bail, but was since released. No word as to whether Santana has been charged.
