Jay-Z & Kanye West’s “Watch The Throne” Goes Platinum

In just about 3 months on store shelves and digital retailers, Jay-Z and Kanye West’s critically acclaimed, Watch The Throne, album has gone platinum.

During this sales week The Throne moved an estimated 19,000 copies of their collaborative effort giving them a total of 1,013,000 copies sold since its release on August 8th digitally and August 12th in physical form.

Kanye West and Jay-Z are currently on tour in support of the Watch The Throne album; the next stop on the tour is in Philadelphia tonight, followed up by a performance in DC tomorrow night.

Thats crazy that WTT just hit a milli and C4 hit it in a week. And for me WTT is on my playlist along with Cole World, Martyr, Section 80, and R.E.D. And C4 was listened to once all the way through and haven’t played it again…smh

C4 has no replay value, even c3 had replay value. But who cares,
