Jadakiss gives an update on the upcoming LOX album, and his forthcoming solo album as he confirms the previously rumored title for the new LOX album as We Are The Streets II, and he reveals that the trio has already recorded 6 or 7 records for the project, which should be released in 2013. The Yonkers rapper also revealed that he is just about half way done with his new solo album, Top 5 Dead Or Alive, and he plans to release it next year.

While out in Canada, Jadakiss chopped it up with Montreality, and spoke on the new Lox album, We Are The Streets II.

Jadakiss says the LOX hope to release their new album next year:

Hopefully, next year sometime.

He speaks on the progress of the album:

We probably got like six or seven songs done for that as well.

The LOX rapper also spoke on his forthcoming solo album, Top 5 Dead Or Alive:

It’s coming, first quarter. Anywhere, February, March, April -You know what I mean? Somewhere around there where it feels right.

He says his solo album is about half-way complete:

It’s half-way finished now. When I finish this tour, I’ll go home and finish the rest of it and then we strategize the marketing plan and get that thing out to the people.
