Earlier today, rapper Gunplay was released from jail on $150,000 bond. Gunplay is currently under house arrest in connection with a robbery of a man at a tax business in Miami.

NBC News reports that the Maybach Music Group artist is out of prison and is facing charges of a second degree aggravated assault with a firearm, as well as armed robbery.

Gunplay’s attorney was quoted as saying, “The state did not prove that Mr. Morales was a flight risk or a threat to the community. He should be home with his family shortly. This is first step in clearing his name so he can continue his emerging music career.”
