As Def Sounds previously reported, Gucci Mane turned himself in and was booked into the Fulton County Jail Tuesday night and charged with aggravated assault with a weapon for allegedly attacking a U.S. Soldier with a champagne bottle in an Atlanta nightclub. After being booked, Gucci Mane was set to see the judge yesterday, Wednesday, March 27th. Well Gucci had his day in court, and it didn’t fare too well for the rapper as he was denied bond.

As reported by CBS Atlanta, Gucci Mane was denied bond Wednesday after he was accused of assaulting a soldier.

The Atlanta rapper’s attorney, Drew Findling, told WSBTV that Gucci Mane’s lengthy criminal history made it difficult for the judge in the case to set bond as Fulton County jail records show the Brick Squad rapper has been arrested 10 times since 2005, mostly all assault charges.

Gucci Mane is currently behind bars at the Fulton County Jail, and will remain incarcerated until at least April 10th when his next court hearing is set to place.
