As Def Sounds previously reported, RZA said there is a possibility of a Wu-Tang reunion album on the 20th anniversary of “Enter The Wu-Tang (36 Chambers),” which falls in November of 2013.

Now, it seems if that possibility is looking like more of a reality as Ghostface Killah has revealed that he has already started to record for the Wu-Tang reunion album.

In a recent interview with MTV, Ghostface spoke on the Wu-Tang reunion album for the 20th Anniversary of Enter The Wu-Tang (36 Chambers),  and said that RZA wants complete control over the LP, and he agreed that RZA should over-look the project, and he also revealed that he has started recording for the possible album.

GFK explains:

Me and RZA spoke about [the reunion album]. He said that November [of 2013] is the 20th anniversary and he’s trying to drop something around then, in November, you know what I Mean? But he really knows what it takes to go ahead and get there. He studied the game now, he been around this shit for 20 years; longer than 20 years. He’s knows what we need now, he looked me in the eye and was serious, and was like ‘we have to do an album.’

The Wu-Tang rapper adds:

He was like, if y’all can just believe in me and let me go ahead and do what I gotta do with this, we could just be outta here and make a sh–load of money. I believe in him because if it wasn’t for him I wouldn’t be standing here today, regardless of what, because he was determined. He still got this same hunger for this Wu sh–. He said he could this but by himself, but he said let me just do this one more time and get my brothers.

Ghostface revealed that he has taken time out from recording his Supreme Clientele follow-up to record for the 20th reunion album:

While I was doin’ my Supreme Clientele sh–, the second one, The Wally Era, I was doing joints for the next Wu album. I was doing them. Laying my verses down, picking beats. I told him that I have some sh-t that I needed him to hear.
