Compton rapper Game has revealed many times that he is open to reunite with his former boss, 50 Cent and work together on a G-Unit reunion album, and multiple times, 50 Cent has shut down all talk of reuniting with Game. Even though, 50 Cent has said many times that he would not reunite with Game, the Compton rapper’s manager hasn’t lost all hope as he said that he currently working on a plan to get 50 and Game working together once again.
During a recent interview with WSJLive, Game’s manager, Dontay “Taydoe” Kidd has revealed that he has been working everyday in effort to get Game and 50 Cent to resolve their differences in hopes of a G-Unit reunion.
I can’t say it’ll happen, I can’t say it won’t happen. However, from a business perspective, I’m gonna attempt to make that happen. I think it’ll be a wise business move on both parts.
I’m thinking about tours, I’m thinking about merchandise, I’m thinking about all these other things that are lacking in the industry, and this is the perfect timing for that.
When asked how open the Game is for a reunion, Taydoe stated:
I can’t really speak for 50, but I think they’re both open; it’s just a matter of approaching it in the right way. 50 understands that he needs Game to make a G-Unit push. Game understands that if it’s gonna be a push, he needs to be involved and 50 needs to be involved. Therefore, they both are business savvy. We know that 50’s a business man, we know that Game’s a business man. They understand that. So now, it’s only their internal egos that would stop that from happening.
