Victim’s Step-Brother: “G-Dep Shouldn’t Have Confessed”

As previously reported, Diddy’s former protégé G-Dep confessed to fatally shooting a man in 1993.

Robert Henkel, the stepbrother of the victim speaks on Dep’s confession:

I think he’s an idiot, says Henkel. He has three kids and a wife. It was years and years and years ago. Finally, we’re not always thinking about it . . . and now it has to be dug up all [over] again. [...] I’ve got mixed emotions about this whole thing . [Dep] might have made something of his life.

Last week a grand jury indicted G-Dep for murder; he now faces life in prison.

That stepbrother is an idiot, you would think this would bring closure. And another thing, no matter how long ago it was, Im pretty sure they still wonder sometimes, I would be happy this guy was willing to man up, cant say I would do it myself, but big ups to G-Dep.
