On Wednesday morning, it was reported by Def Sounds that Flavor Flav was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon, and domestic violence charges.

At the time of the arrest, it was revealed that Flav got into a altercation with his fiancée and a teenager inside his Vegas home. And the rapper allegedly threatened one person with a knife during the argument, and physically attacked the other, which led to his fiancée calling the police.

It was unknown who the teenager was the time of the arrest, but it has turned out to be Flav’s fiancée’s son.

The Public Enemy rapper was hit with charges of felony assault with a deadly weapon and misdemeanor domestic violence, and was being held in a Vegas jail on $23,000 bail.

Flav is now free on bail, but is due in a Vegas courtroom on Monday to stand up against charges. If convicted, the 53 year old rapper faces up to six years in prison for the assault with a deadly weapon and domestic violence charges.
