Young Money artist Drake’s sophomore release, Take Care, which hit stores last Tuesday, Nov 15th will top the charts in its opening sales week.

Although the numbers aren’t Soundscan official, HitsDailyDouble is reporting the album sold 659,190 copies in its first week on store shelves.

This will mark Drake’s second #1 album, as his debut album Thank Me Later topped the Billboard charts moving 447k units in the first sales week.

Moving 659k units in the first week gives the Toronto rapper the 3rd largest opening week for an album released in 2011 only behind Lady Gaga and Lil Wayne.
