Just days after the brawl at NYC’s club W.i.P., another innocent bystander on the scene of the altercation has come forward and said she plans to sue everyone involved in the melee.

As reported by the NY Daily News, Lucy Pavlovsky of Hoboken, N.J., suffered two gashes on her arm during the brawl on Thursday at club W.i.P. that required 12 stitches to close, as she was sitting Fabolous’ table in the club’s VIP section when the fight kicked off and bottles starting flying.

Pavlosky’s lawyer, Javier Solano, issued a statement, as he said:

“My plan is to sue anybody who threw a bottle, anybody who created that dangerous atmosphere.”

He added:

“It was like a war zone. You had guys there 300 pounds, 6-foot-5, throwing these bottles as hard as they can.”

Pavlovsky was among at least eight people injured in the brawl.

On top of lawsuits being placed on everyone involved in the altercation, the club has been ordered shut by the NYPD for up to 235 days and hitting the owners up to a $45,000 fine.
