DMX Sentenced To One Year In Jail

DMX appeared in court today as a Maricopa County Superior Court judge revoked the troubled rappers’ probation from a 2009 conviction stemming from charges of fraud, identity theft, assault and a slew of other misdemeanors.

Due to the revocation of probation, X has been sentenced to a year in Arizona’s infamous Tent City jail after he was arrested on November 18th for failing to check in with his probation officer and using prescription drugs without a prescription. DMX tested positive for cocaine and OxyContin use while admitting to drinking alcohol which was another violating term of his probation.

  He still would be if he kept his ish together long enough to do something with it…but ’98, when “its dark and hell is hot” dropped…man. Thats still in heavy rotation at my house.
