As Def Sounds previously reported, 40 Glocc filed a lawsuit against Game over an altercation that took place last summer after a mansion party in the Hollywood Hills where Game filmed himself getting the best of his rival Cali rapper, and proceeded to leak the footage onto the internet.

At the time that the suit was filed all that was made public was that 40 Glocc is suing for unspecified damages for assault and battery, and for damage to his “thug” reputation by portraying him as a coward on the video footage leaked to Youtube. Now, details of 40 Glocc’s lawsuit have come to light.

According to the court documents obtained by TMZ, 40 Glocc is seeking $4.54 million from the Compton rapper.

View a complete breakdown of the lawsuit below:

–$500,000 in pain and suffering
— $500,000 in emotional distress
— $750,000 in lost earnings
— $2 million for punitive damages
— $25,000 in medical expenses
— Various other stuff

Back in November, Game spoke on the lawsuit, and said that he’s pretty sure that he owes 40 Glocc some money:

My money Nia Long, so I’ll pay him. It’s cool. I didn’t settle but I’m pretty sure it’s going to come to that because I’m pretty sure I owe him some money. Once he got knocked out, I pretty much took his street cred. So all he had left to do was sue. If he can get a Prius off of me, it’s all good.
