Cam’ron has joined forces and  formed a new film company with the legendary femcee Queen Latifah.

The new film company, named KFU Productions, is a joint venture between Cam’ron, his partner Jacob York’s Killa Films and Queen Latifah’s Flavor Unit Films.

The two film companies came together to create a new movie titled Percentages that will star Cam’ron as well as others such as Ving Rhames, Macy Gray, Donnell Rawlings, Melinda Williams, K.D. Aubert, Omar Gooding, and Robert Wisdom.

Cam’s business partner recently spoke to AHH on how the joint venture and the movie came to be:

“Cam did the story, and then we brought in a writer to really tighten the script. The movie was originally supposed to be the follow up to Killa Season, but we decided to make a brand new movie since the script was so good.”

York added:

“Queen Latifah and Shakim Compere have a soundstage here in Miami and this is first film that they are developing on the new soundstage, in conjunction with the KFU Production company. Our aim is to develop high quality film projects over the next 24 months.”

Percentages’ plot centers around two New York hustlers on the run from a drug deal gone bad.

Cam’ron will also create a soundtrack for the film that is set to premier in 2012.
