As Def Sounds previously reported, early last month Detroit rapper and an associate, Willie Hansbro, were arrested and charged with misdemeanor counts of forcible touching, unlawful imprisonment and sex abuse after a woman complained she was sexually assaulted during a concert in upstate New York.

and Hansbro were released after posting bail, and were given a date to appear in a Niagara County Court.

Yesterday, appeared in front of Judge Hugh C. Gee Sr. in a Lewiston Town Court on the charges, and according to the Buffalo News, Deputy District Attorney Holly E. Sloma asked the judge to enforce a gag order on the case due to the sensitive nature and age of the victim in the case.

The Judge allowed the DA’s request to file for a gag order and has scheduled a grand jury for the case, which will automatically be moved to a Niagara County Felony Court if the G.O.O.D Music rapper is indicted.

DS will keep you updated as Big Sean is scheduled to reappear in a Lewiston, NY court on October 11th.
