Bad Meets Evil’s “Lighters” Hits 2x Platinum

The second official single, “Lighters,” from Eminem and Royce Da 59’s collaborative project, Bad Meets Evil, is still moving units, as the single has been purchased over 2-million times, and is now 2 times platinum.

As HHNM reports, the RIAA’s latest update includes BME’s “Lighters” featuring Bruno Mars that is now 2x certified platinum.

In other sales report updates, Eminem’s Recovery tracks, “Space Bound” and “Cinderella Man,” which haven’t been released as official singles have both sold over 500k units, and are now certified Gold.

This tracks is so gay. Em’s verse is fucking annoying. What happend to the old Em? This guy just became an annoying prick ever since he came back, I want that MMLP & SSLP flow, not this gay ass emotional screaming Eminem. Royce is also getting boring and being repeative.

  It really sucks that I have to agree with both your statements about Em and Royce. Royce has begun to sound very repetitive lately. Last creative decent verse I heard from him is from the ChrisCo joint with Crooked. I ain’t kidding maybe, besides for a couple tracks from his “Success is Certain” EP or LP? lol looked more like an EP.

for making a radio friendly song?? if there was no lighters then the album would just sell 100 k first week and slip out of the charts! and if this had happened , which one of you would pay for albums productions and etc????
nowdays they HAVE to throw one or two pop shit in every album to sell !
Hell the sequel was RAW ! it was a very very powerful hardcore hiphop album! but this single carried all the weight in charts and selling!
