As Def Sounds previously reported, a Kanye West sex tape with a Kim Kardashian look-a-like has surfaced, and bidding on the tape has begun and adult website Sex.com has offered #1 million for exclusive rights to the tape.

Now it seems as if another West sex-tape is being shopped.

As reported by TMZ, the second tape was filmed years ago with an ex-girlfriend of West, and reports state the tape is 40 minutes long, which is twice as long as the first that is reported to be 20 minutes in length.

Sources close to Kanye West have spoken out on the tapes, and they say the two home-made flicks were stolen from the rappers’ computer, and Kanye is going to pursue legal action against anyone who releases the footage.

Yesterday, Lisa M. Buckley of Pryor Cashman, a lawyer who represents Kanye West released a statement to AHH addressing the stolen tapes and issued a cease and desist order:

Buckley stated:

“Be advised that the Screen Shot, as well as the Tape from which the Screen Shot was taken, were illegally obtained and believed to have been stolen from Mr. West’s computer.”

She added:

“Your posting, advertising, marketing, displaying and otherwise disseminating the stolen Screen Shot and/or other materials on the Tape constitute actionable violations of Mr. West’s rights of privacy and publicity. We hereby demand that you: (1) immediately cease and desist from posting, advertising, marketing, displaying and disseminating the illegally obtained Screen Shot of Mr. West.”
