Eminem was featured on “My Life,” which served as a single on 50 Cent’s forthcoming album, Street King Immortal. Now, 50 revealed that Eminem will be featured on another record, “Champions,” from the album, and gives some insight on the collaboration.

During a recent interview with Fuse, 50 Cent spoke on “Champions” that features Eminem off his upcoming, Street King Immortal, album.

While speaking on the collabo, Fif stated:

We actually recorded it in Detroit, and it’s one of those songs that Em was set on this record, because he heard it and he was like, “This is for me and 50.” And he wrote his verse on the actual record and I came in and he played it and I was like, “Okay, this is cool.” Let me think of how, you know, I actually wanna approach the record.

50 continued:

Then I go into the other studio to record it, and I asked the engineer – I had to hear it again, because he made some mentions and I didn’t want to make the same mentions, because some of the people he has a lot of respect for in music culture were in that actual song and I didn’t want to repeat that.

50 Cent is currently gearing up to release his fifth studio album, Street King Immortal, which is expected to be released this spring.
