50 Cent Has Revealed New Album Title [Updated w/ Video]

While on his promo run for his upcoming album, 50 Cent chopped it up with Q Deezy on Philly’s Hot 107.9.

During the interview, 50 Cent finally revealed the title of his new album as Five (Murder By Numbers).

Fif’s new LP, Five, is slated to be released on July 3rd with or without backing from his label home, Interscope.

Updated with video of the interview as 50 made the announcement of his album title, and it sounds like Fif will drop it right to iTunes.

Damn, july 3rd is way too soon. He’s had little to no promotion for this. Bet u anything it’s gonna end up bein released as a digital EP or a digital album. No way in hell he’s gonna risk the embarrassing sale numbers.

Since he’s going straight to ITunes it seems he will probably sell no more than 100K first week (and that’s being generous… no 50 Cent smash on the radio/video). 50′s decline begin with his last CD not even getting 170K first week.

Of course when you can make millions outside of music you aren’t hurt too much by doo doo first week numbers (although it can bruise the ego)
